Chidera Ejuke finally got involved in a goal for Hertha Berlin on Saturday after going five games without scoring or assisting.

The winger provided an assist as Hertha Berlin played out a 2-2 draw against Bayer Leverkusen in Saturday’s Bundesliga game.

Ejuke assisted in the opening goal of the game for Hertha Berlin scored by Suat Serdar in the 55th minute.

Nigeria was then substituted in the 67th minute in their sixth league appearance.

After the draw, Hertha Berlin moved to 14th position in the standings with five points from six matches.

The capital-based side will however travel to Mainz 05 for their next league game.
